You need to reinstall the application and choose the language in the first installation window. I have tried this way and it works. Based on your language selection, the software will download the package.

It's actually pretty easy to move the software from one computer to another. Access the link posted below and download the trial version. Once downloaded, use the serial number that you have and re-register it, but remove it from the old PC first as it will detect it being installed on two locations.
